How to Buy

Step 1 - Order

Choose the vehicle you want to purchase.
Our car search engine will help you search through our inventory.

You can also customize search depending on your requirement and preferences. Detailed photos and specifications can be seen for each inventory.

Find a car

If the car of your dreams is not in our inventory, you can complete a Car Request through our form with all the necessary details, and our team will contact you with the best deal possible!

Request a car

If you are unsure of which car to get or have any other questions, you can also use our Live Chat to talk with our team anytime by clicking the question mark “?” on the side of your screen.

Step 2 - Complete your order

Set your purchase criteria such as the destination country, destination port, and so on.

And Click on "Buy Now"

Depending on the vehicle or your country, some vehicles are not available for direct reservation. In this case, please click on “Get an Estimate” and complete the inquiry form. You will be contacted with an estimate by our team as soon as possible.

For vehicles from our partners’ stock, please complete the inquiry steps to receive an estimate from our partners.

Step 3 - Make the payment

Bank wire transfer

You shall send the money only to SBT Co., Ltd. Beneficiary accounts in Japan.
Available bank transfers are either:

• International Bank Transfer (T/T)
• Local Bank Transfer (ZANACO or NMB)

Payment through Paypal

Select “PayPal” as your payment method, log in to your PayPal account, and follow all the steps until you complete the payment.

Payment by credit card

Select “Credit card” as your payment method, enter your card information, and validate the payment. If the reception of payment is confirmed, you will reach a confirmation screen. Otherwise, please retry after checking your information again or with another payment method.

Pay later option

If you select the Pay Later option, your vehicle will be marked as reserved. Our representatives will contact you as soon as possible with further instructions.

No matter your payment choice, any order waiting for payment will be accessible through My Page > Estimate and Purchase.

Step 4 - Shipment

You can track your car's shipment status through My Page > Estimate and Purchase. Your delivery information will be available for each order. Moreover, you can also download important documents such as the B/L.

Step 5 - Customs clearance

Complete customs clearance.
Each country can have different rules. You are responsible for checking the rules regarding the importation of the vehicles of your choice in your country.
