Damages
In the event that the car you receive is damaged in any way, we will conduct a thorough evaluation of the damage.
After evaluation, if the damage is found to be on our end, we will take responsibility and offer compensation or cover the repair charges.
Coverage is provided only for damages where SBT is determined to be at fault. For additional insurance against other potential damages, please refer to our Global Protection Program.
Our evaluation process includes both internal and external inspections (body, wheels, interiors, etc.), along with photographs of the accident, to accurately estimate reimbursement.
We have a rigorous evaluation procedure and maintain complete transparency throughout the damage verification process. Rest assured that we prioritize addressing all your complaints and demands, aiming to respond to your reports as quickly as possible.

1.Complaint verification
- When you register a complaint, it is forwarded to our customer service department, who will promptly contact you.
- You will be asked to provide all possible evidence to support your claim.
- Our team will thoroughly examine every aspect of the case to validate it accurately.
- A report detailing your registered complaints will be generated and forwarded to our Sales Team for additional verification.
2.Compensation decision
- After reviewing the report, the Sales Team communicates with all stakeholders involved in this deal to authenticate the case.
- When the damage claim is approved by the Sales Team, the compensation for the damage is determined.
- Please note that compensation varies from case to case and is negotiated by the Sales Team and the authority based on the severity of the case.
3.Offering repair or compensation
- Eventually, we schedule a meeting with you to discuss and provide compensation or repair options, along with a detailed explanation and breakdown of every damage incurred.
- The decision on compensation or repair is based on the severity of the case.
