Honda – World’s Fifth Largest Company
Honda - international company - a manufacturer of automobiles and motorcycles, founded in Japan - the worlds fifth largest producer of cars plus LCVs (OICA, 2009). Honda founded in 1948 by the Soichiro Honda. In the first years after the Second World War the Japanese rarely use their cars because of the limited quantities of gasoline. Soichiro Honda decided to mount small engine and bikes after the success of this initiative, they set up a company to develop and produce small two-stroke engines for bicycles.
The company is included in the car manufacturing market in 1963 with the first sport car S500. Leading models of Honda – The Honda Civic as well as the Honda Accord were launched in 1972 and 1976. In 1986, the Acura brand, fetching the very first Japanese car manufacturer to make a separate brand to entertain the lavish market. On the basis of its ongoing commitment to excellence and accuracy Honda has developed to turn out to be the worlds fifth largest producer of automobiles, the fourth in the United States and the 2nd largest in the Japan. Nowadays the Honda Company is the worlds largest manufacturer of internal combustion engines with 14 million units annually.
Honda Inspire
Honda Inspire is a front-drive car business class sedan. The model is made from 1989 to the present. In 2003, the beginning of the already released version 4 of the models is created based on the Accord, designed for the US market, but has a more luxurious interior. If you compare the Inspire with "classmates", the main competitor for it will be Toyota Windom (built on the base Camry).
Modification
Honda Inspire has gone through from many modifications. Other Equipments
It has the top-modification system kit HiDS (Honda Intelligent Driver Support). It includes a system of keeping the lane with integrated steering gear and keeping the distance between the cars with automatic braking. Inspire is outfitted with incorporated cameras, through which occupants can monitor and admire the work of HiDS on the monitor. Inspire also equipped with an alarm system and the drivers automatic speed reduction when standing up on the fly rear passengers. This model comes with only a 5-speed automatic transmission. Like the Accord, available only in front-wheel version.
