Q1. How will I pay to SBT?

SBT only accepts payments sent via bank using wire transfer to our Main Account in Japan, which will be mentioned in the Proforma invoice sent by csd@sbtjapan.com. The customer should print the invoice and take it to the bank for transfer.

Q2. What will happen if I pay the deposit and am not interested in buying?

The deposit sent to SBT is 100% refundable anytime if the customer does not want to purchase. Please note that a $50 bank charge will be deducted in case of refund.

Q3. Why should I pay the deposit before buying?

We need to identify if the customer has honest intentions to purchase from SBT.

Q4. What is the minimum deposit required?

A minimum deposit of $1,000 is required to purchase a unit costing less than $10,000. If your desired unit costs more than $10,000, the deposit should be 10% of the total value.

Q5. How much penalty will SBT charge if my payment is delayed?

SBT will not charge any penalty for late payment. Please note that you should provide proof of payment within 5 days of purchase to your account manager.

Q6. Will SBT provide payment flexibility?

SBT provides 50% payment flexibility options. We ship the unit after receiving 50% of the total amount, and the remaining balance should be paid after receiving the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).

Q7. How would I know if my payment has been received in SBT's account?

An automated email will be sent to you once your payment is reflected in SBT's account. Additionally, you can view your payments and purchases by logging into your account at SBT.

Payment Flexibility

SBT provides 50% payment facility (upon receiving of 50% initial payment we ship the car)
BL copy will be provided after shipment departure.
Remaining payment can be sent to SBT after receiving of the BL copy.
Only after receiving 100% payment , SBT will release original documents of your purchases units through courier.
