Used motor vehicles that are 10 years or older from the date of manufacture at the time of importation require an Import License issued by the Ministry of Industry and Commerce.

- Buses and trucks ABOVE 5,000 kg gross weight: no restriction
- Buses and trucks BELOW 5,000 kg gross weight: must be 10 years or older
