Year-End & New Year Holiday Schedule and Important Payment Notice

December 26, 2025 (Friday) is our last day for Sales operations, Booking, and Releasing of Documents for the year.

We strongly encourage our customers to settle their deposit and balance in advance in order to avoid delays during the holiday period.

We may still receive payments on December 30, 2025
(Please note: payments not received on this date may only be reflected on January 5, 2026.)

Please also be informed that:

・December 31, 2025 to January 4, 2026 are bank holidays in Japan
・January 2, 2026 (Friday) – Limited availability from 10:00 JST to 10:00 JST the following day

We will resume full sales and operational activities on January 5, 2026 (Monday).
