The Swedish company Scania is a manufacturer of commercial vehicles, mainly producing trucks. The Company History of Scania

The predecessors of Scania go back in 1900 to the merger of two Swedish companies, the companies Vabis and Scania. At the beginning freight cars were manufactured for the Swedish railways, the production of commercial vehicles began at Scania in 1903.
