Toyota Mark X
The Mark X is categorized as a mid-size luxury car manufactured by the Japanese automaker Toyota. It was particularly designed for the Asian market. It was first released in 2004. It was produced at the Iwate in Japan.The first and second generations were produced at the Motomachi plant .It was available for sale at the Toyopet store. It was sold in china as Reiz. Both the first- and second-generation Mark X were manufactured at the Motomachi Plant in Japan.
The First Generation Of Toyota Mark X
The Mark X is a blend of the preceding Mark X II, the luxury based Toyota Cresta and the sports based Toyota Chaser. The Toyota released the Mark X in sedan body style in 2004. New features incorporated are the LED light integrated into the key area and the gear shifter of the car.Mark X has also been produced by the Kanto Auto Works from 2004 and 2006.
It had Mirror-mounted turn signals, a modified grille and an interior in all black. In 2007, only specific to the Japanese market, the G-Book telematics service was available as an option. This first generation of the Mark X remained in production and was available for sale by the Tianjin FAW Toyota Motor Co. Ltd. in China. A new redesigned model of the first generation Mark X was launched by FAW Toyota in 2010, with the design changes to the exterior mainly.
Second Generation Mark X
A modified Mark X was launched in 2009. Available models are Standard, Premium and Sports. Exhaust outlet diffuser was excluded and the previous hinge design trunk was incorporated. In 2012 Mark X had a modification based on the exterior styling while the features, structure and the cabin remained the same as the second generation Mark X model.
Honda Accord
The Honda Accord is categorized as a four-door sedan. It was first introduced in 1976 by Honda. It was the first Japanese car to be manufactured in the United States of America. It is rated as one of the most dependable vehicles.
Ever since its introduction, Honda has produced various body styles for its cars. The hatchback was first released in 1976. Latter on other body styles like wagon, coupe and sedan were produced. The eight generation of the Honda accord was released for the North American market in 2007and had its exterior dimensions extended. This made the sedan fall into the category of a full-size car from the category of a mid-size car while the coupe still classified as a mid-size car. Latter released ninth generation Honda accord for the North American market was categorized as mid-size cars.
Accord Plu-In Hybrid
Honda released its 2014 production version of Plug-in Hybrid in 2012 at the Los Angeles Auto Show. It was initially offered in New York and California. It is rated as the third best-selling hybrid vehicle in the local Japanese market. The car was used as the basis for the typical hybrid models of the sedan Accord.
