First, register with us on our website and select your desired car.

Q2. Do you have an office in the Dominican Republic?

We do not have an office, but we have local contractors who can assist you in Spanish and provide all the guidance you need.

Q3. What are the import regulations for the Dominican Republic?

The vehicle must be left-hand drive and be no more than 5 years old.

Q4. Which port do the vehicles arrive at from SBT Co., Ltd.?

Vehicles arrive at Puerto Caucedo, Puerto Rio Haina, and Puerto de Santo Domingo.

Q5. How do I buy cars from the auctions?

You will receive an auction agreement that must be signed. Our staff will provide all the necessary information for you to apply.

Q6. When can I use the online auction service?

Once your payment is registered, you can use the service any day.

Q7. What is the approximate time for the vehicle to arrive at its destination?

Once you pay for your vehicle, the transfer from one country to another takes 2 to 3 days to reflect in our bank account. After verifying the payment process, we begin confirming the units for the next available ship. If the vehicles from Japan require a right-to-left steering wheel conversion, this process takes 15 days to transfer the vehicles to the conversion workshop. Estimated conversion time is 1 month. Once the conversion is finished, we begin the process of booking space with the shipping company. We cannot establish exact shipping dates, as we must wait for confirmation from the shipping company.

Q9. Does the freight include insurance?

No, our shipments do not include insurance, but we offer insurance options at an additional cost depending on the value of the vehicle.

Steering Wheel Conversion Service in Japan
We offer right-to-left steering wheel conversion service in Japan, either fully or partially (in the case of partial, the customer finishes the job in the Dominican Republic).
This work is done with excellent quality and includes (for some models) new rack and pinion.
