The Nissan latio was release by the Japanese automaker Nissan in 2004. It was marketed as "Nissan Tiida Latio" in the Japanese market and "Nissan Latio" in the Singaporean Malaysian and Indonesian markets.
The sedan model of the first generation Nissan Tiida was advertised in Japan as the “Nissan Tiida Latio since 2004. It was marketed with its two different body styles such as sedan and hatchback in the south East Asian markets like Singapore Malaysia and Indonesia.
In 2012 N17 took the place of the tiida latio whereas the C11 Latio continued to be sold as 2014 in Southeast Asia. Latio was the local name i.e. Japanese market name for the sedan revealed by the Nissan in 2010 under the name as the Sunny whereas it was marketed and sold under different names across the different markets. The Sunny N17 was revealed in the Motor Show at the Guangzho in 2010. This model was built on the Nissan V platform. It was less weighty and had large legroom when compared with the previous model the Tiida C11 sedan.
THE FIRST GENERATION HONDA CITY
The first generation Honda city is categorized as a subcompact car produced by the Japanese automaker Honda since 1981. It was aimed for the Australasian European and Japanese markets. During 2002 to 2008 it was advertised and marketed with the name Honda Fit Aria in the Japanese market. In 2011 the city was market and sold in South Africa under the name Honda Ballade. The first generation Honda city was launched as a three door hatchback. A new model from the same generation was launched in 1982.it had a turbocharged Honda ER engine. There was a Pro-series of van also got released available in two and four seats options. Moreover “R Manhattan Roof” was also released. These first generation Honda city cars were initially exported to Europe where these cars were sold as Honda Jazz.
THE SECOND GENERATION HONDA CITY
The second generation of Honda city was released as GA1. It was manufactured till 1994.there were convertible and turbo models both available from the previous generation. In 1986 the second city was launched under the slogan as "City of talent". In this modification there were many changes to the appearance of the vehicle made. The exterior dimensions were very much similar to the first generation Honda civic.
THE THIRD GENERATION HONDA CITY
The third generation Honda city was named as the SX8 and had EF Civic platform as the basis for it. It was primarily sold and designed for the south East Asian market and was marketed with "Smart for the new generation" slogan while the 1.5-liter model was marketed with "Top-in-class smart" slogan.
THE FOURTH GENERATION HONDA CITY
The fourth Generation City was released in 2002 at the Thailand International Motor Expo. It was now available as a four-wheel drive model. For Japanese domestic market it was imported from the Thailand and was revealed as Fit Aria in Japan. The name aria (a type of a melody) was used as for keeping the harmony of the naming tradition as Honda had maintained like selecting a word from music for its cars such as Honda Ballade Honda Concerto Honda Accord. The same car model was marketed as Fit Saloon and was sold in the Peoples Republic of China from 2003 to 2008.
THE FIFTH GENERATION HONDA CITY
The fifth generation city was revealed in 2008 in Bangkok. Latter the car was released in Malaysia Pakistan India Indonesia Singapore Philippines and china. It was produced in Brazil, Turkey, Pakistan and Thailand. In Asian markets it was offered in three models such as S V and SV models in some markets only V and SV were available and in the south American markets the models range from the DX LX EX and EXL
THE SIXTH GENERATION HONDA CITY
The sixth generation Honda city was revealed in 2013 in India. It had the third generation Honda Fit/Jazz platform as the basis for its manufacturing. A reverse camera rear AC vents touch-panel auto climate control LCD display with navigation eight speakers and Bluetooth audio are offered as the features on the model. Also it has a big spacious interior.
