Nissan Primastar

The Nissan Primastar belongs to the class of the pickup and minibusses and came on the market in 2002. Thanks to the close cooperation between Renault and Opel, the Primastar came from the so-called badge engineering procedure. In this way, an identical product is offered in a very cost-saving manner under different brand names.

 

Corresponding sister models to the Primastar are the Renault Trafic II and the Opel Vivaro, which came on the market a year earlier. All three models are from the General Motors Manufacturing Luton factory in England.

 

Designs and Engines of the Nissan Primastar

Both the Bodywork and engine variants of the Nissan Primastar are identical to the Renault Trafic II.
