Toyota Will Cypha - One of The Best Compact Cars By Toyota

TOYOTA WILL VEHICLES

Toyota produced three cars that were designed individually. The design of the cars was inspired by the existing Toyota models. The purpose behind designing these cars was to cover the markets with the Toyota’s range of cars. The other purpose was to find out the consumers’ behavior and the degree of feasibility of these designs.
These cars were only sold locally.

Toyota WILL Vi:

Toyota Will CyphaThe will Vi is categorized as a compact car, that was made available in the market from 2000 to 2001. It was designed by combining the distinguishing features of lots of cars.  The Virtual Venture Company was responsible for designing these cars. The  "neo-retro" appearance of the vehicles symbolized an era in Japan in the history of Japanese vehicles where the newly designed vehicles  used the old designs of the Japanese cars from 1950s and 1960s namely Mitsubishi Minica, Subaru Vivio, Toyota Origin, Nissan Pao, Nissan Figaro and Nissan Be-1, such as the unique looking window of Toyota will vi was retained from the Citroen Ami, Ford Anglia and Mazda Carol.

The car was available in a number of pastel colors. The gearshift was installed on the dashboard. A canvas sliding roof was one of the options available. The vehicle was fitted with bench seats on the front and rear.

As the sale was very dissatisfying, the vehicle was replaced with the Toyota will cypha.

TOYOTA WILL VS

The WiLL VS was first released in 2001. It had a very unique inspiration for its designs as the design had its inspiration derived from the Lockheed F-117 Nighthawk Stealth Fighter. It was produced at the Kanto Auto Works and was introduced at Los Angeles Auto Show. The VS merged with revised Vi and the cypha was renamed too, to give the will buyers a wider range of choices.

TOYOTA WILL CYPHA

With the combination of two words cyber" and "phaeton", emerged the cypha was the very first of the Toyota vehicles to be fitted with the telematics system called G-Book. It was manufactured from 2002 to 2005. It was fixed with the 1.3-litre 2NZ and 1.5-litre 1NZ engines. The design has a look that is inspired by the designs of Vitz/Yaris but on the whole it was an extension of Will Vi’s design.

Giving an impression of the Renault Megane II, the rear lights were put level with the rear window and the headlights with four lamps were fixed vertically. The interior design had a rounded touch with stuffs like the central console and the door pulls in circular shape. These vehicles were produced by Central Motors and the "Headquarters plant" located at Miyagi, Ohira and Japan.

The slogan that was used to promote the sales was "pay as you go". It meant that the customers were given the option to get their car leased.  It means that the customers could only pay an amount of charges for how far they had drove the car in a month, they did not have to buy the car in monthly payments. And when the customers did not want the car they would return it to the Toyota dealership.
