MR-S is a sophisticated, elegant and powerful vehicle by Toyota Motors Corporation. The company since its official establishment and incorporation has been manufacturing and releasing in the market the finest quality and best material cars and solutions to meet ever changing tastes and trends of the end users.  The two seats car concept was a difficult and brand new to be initiated but the marketing executives knew how to make the niche work and attract customers across the globe. The MR-S Generations of Transformation and Development!

The outstanding and splendid vehicle had to pass through a period of three widespread generations to make itself stand ahead and aloof of the competition in the category. The first generation ranged extensively from year 1984 to 1989 with W10 series. The series had two doors coupe body styling, transverse engine position, 1.5 liters to 1.6 liters engine capacity, supercharging feasibility, manual and automatic transmission, 2319 mm long wheelbase, 155.5 inches, 65.6 inches and 48.6 inches length, width and height respectively. The vehicle constructed in the first generation series was kept to have weight and volume of about 1066 kilograms to 1131 kilograms.


Second and Third Generation

Second generation of MR-s models was from year 1989 to year 1999. The models of this era belonged to W20 series. The design philosophy of W20 series was meant to have T top body style, mid engine, rear wheel drive system, and manual and automatic five to six speed transmission, 2.2 liters of engine potential, 2400 mm long wheelbase and 2599 lbs of base weight. The exterior body was approximately measured to have the length, height and width of 164.2 inches, 48.6 inches and 66.9 inches precisely. Third generation W30 series came up in the market with a bang and versatile personality altogether. Many models of this series were a complete hit for years. The spyder car concept enlightened the adventure spirits in the people globally.
