Subaru Legacy B4

The Subaru Legacy of B4 is a five door station wagon introduced in 2003 for the first time. Legacy B4 also has a four door hardtop model available in the market with all wheel drive layout. The Legacy B4 hardtop model and Touring wagon was voted as the Japan Car of the Year in 2003 and 2004.


Subaru Impreza

Impreza is another amazing model of Subaru offers as the four-door sedan and five door body variants, first introduced in 1992. Subaru Impreza is offered as compact car and small family car with front engine, front wheel drive and the option of all wheel drive.

Subaru Legacy is comes with a range of engines such as 2.0 liters SOHC Ej20 H4, 2.0L DOHC EJ20 H4, 2.5L SOHC EJ253 H4 and 3.0L EZ30 DOHC H6 with four speed automatic transmission, five-speed automatic transmission, five-speed manual transmission and six-speed manual transmission. The curb weight of Legacy includes 1300-1500 kg (2,900–3,200 lb), whereas the curb weight of Impreza is 1,386–1,433 kg (3,056–3,159 lb).


Length of legacy B4 is 4,665 mm (183.66 in) (sedan), 4,793 mm (188.7 in) (wagon) with the width of 1,730 mm (68.1 in) and comes with the perfect height of 1,480 mm (58.1 in) (wagon), 1,420 mm (56.1 in) (sedan). However, the length of Impreza includes Sedan: 4,625 mm (182.1 in), hatchback: 4,460 mm (175.6 in), width of 1,775 mm (69.9 in) and height of Sedan: 1,455 mm (57.3 in), Hatchback: 1,480 mm (58.3 in).


Subaru Legacy B4 is a little sporty in style whereas Impreza is more luxury stylish car. This is why Legacy B4 is also expensive than Impreza.
