Thoroughly the revised interior of this car add place passengers and luggage compartment. At the same time, have been added such modern user interface functions as a music application, voice recognition and high-resolution screen for easy viewing.

Both available engines have been revised to improve efficiency and reduce noise, while Lineartronic CVT from Subaru is now installed as standard on all models. The AWD system has got "torque vectoring", which divides power between the inner and outer wheels, thereby improving drive ability of the car. For added security, has added new airbags, which help eliminate slipping under the seat belts. Also added new radar reversing to prevent blind spots, determine availability when changing lanes in addition to prevention of cross-traffic.

On the Road

To those who sit behind the wheel, it is clear that Subaru engineers wanted in the Subaru Legacy was more comfortable than its predecessor. It behaved quieter, softer and more comfortable in all situations. Suspension stiffer than some of its competitors, and thats good. Bumps and pits on the road are overcome with satisfactory hardness, which adds to the feeling of stability and do not appear rigid. The new electric power steering adds efficiency, but does not reduce the sensitivity of the road. In any case, it is - not a sport sedan, but the feedback it is enough that the driver was involved in the management of irritable without constant spinning wheel.
Standard CVT, mounted on both types of engine copes well with the maximum return from the two power plants.

Though it is best manifests itself at the maximum run, it is also programmed to significant "improvements" to be perceived as a traditional transmission. You can even use the switches on the steering wheel to switch the simulated transmission. The conclusion result, you get a more usual driving, that this does not negate the extra efficiency CVT.

Fuel Economy

Though official figures are not yet available EPA, but Subaru engineers claim that four-cylinder engine consumes 7.84 liters per 100 kilometers (9.05 and 6.53 in the city on the road). Model with a six-cylinder consumes 10.69 liters per 100 km (11.76 and 8.71 in the city on the road). This is roughly a 10% improvement results from the previous Legacy with six cylinders.
