Introduction
In the year 2004, a new beginning was experienced. Mitsubishi Colt Plus came as a long version of the existing Colt that was there in market. It was 12 inch longer in space and had automatic tailgate that sensed obstacle. The sound experience of Mitsubishi Group aided Mitsubishi Colt Plus acquire an uplifting position in market. The CVT gave unlimited gearshift option in between the maximum and minimum. The year 2006 brought in the Version R with horsepower increase to 154 hp.
The engine chassis of CBA-Z27AG having the manual transmission having 5 gear options was accepted with open arms. This made the real time experience option availability for those who are looking for powerful experience on the go. Hence the vehicle remains in complete control of the driver, the reason many prefer Manual transmission. The year 2007 further refined the engine and the horsepower improved to 163 hp. The Recargo edition was also introduced in 2007 so continuous improvement become visible in the Colt Ralliart to the best. The vehicle came till 2011.
Colt Plus Ralliart
The Colt Plus had the Ralliart verison in 2004 end as well, but the engine chassis was CBA-Z27W as the vehicle was larger and required a better engine as compare to Colt. The horsepower was 147 hp with continuously variable transmission option. The year 2007 brought in chassis change to CBA-Z27WG with horsepower improvement to 154 hp that continued till end of year when the production stopped.
Features
The features were fully packed in both Mitsubishi Colt Ralliart and Mitsubishi Colt Plus Ralliart. The interior had many options that came as standard in finest trims with others available as optional ones. The Power Window worked best on smooth transition of window on a touch of button with Power Steering to make tires more responsive to steering wheel in case of maneuvering. The infotainment was also there with the screen on front panel that worked to find location of the destination in question and also aided in entertainment through the favorite program watch.
