Mitsubishi Challenger Exterior

MITSUBISHI CHALLENGERThe exterior designs of the car are extremely stylish with an interior space for 5. The interior space in the much later years was expanded with another row and 7 seats. But our focus will remain on the Mitsubishi Challenger 1999. If you have been fan of Mitsubishi Tritron, you will find some traces of design shared between these two as they are close in age. With slightly smaller windshield but with huge front, Mitsubishi Challenger also has a high in fashion grille and headlights. The car pain is enticingly bold and the outlines of steel and plastic used in the car are constructed from quality materials as well.

Interiors of Mitsubishi Challenger

The Mitsubishi Challenger for sale from 1999 helps a journey with a good legroom, however the backroom is really not meant for three adults. The five seater SUV offers an excellent luggage space with a balance of length and width. Note that the luggage space is natural without having the rear seats bent or folded at all. Though the used Mitsubishi Challenger may be a premium choice for the consumers off the road however, it is a cozy host in the interiors, on the roads as well.

The convenience equipment in the car is not abundant, so if you are looking mostly for the luxurious suburban rides, this is not it, you may findPajero options more competent.

Engine PerformanceMITSUBISHI CHALLENGER

There may be two engine trims available in the used Mitsubishi Challenger option. Mitsubishi has configured one with V6 technology and 3.0L petrol engine and another with four cylinder turbo-diesel 2.5L. Both the engines have their advantages. The petrol engine is usually preferred among consumers but it is worth mentioning that the torque will not be at its best. Continuous changing of gear will be an extra effort required to keep it working well. The manual gear box of 5-speed is super advantageous and goes easy with both these engines. The automatic transmission options may be available with a few and it will be 4-speed automatic transmission, nothing more than that.

Don’t expect the super select 4WD system, as we have it in Pajero. The sedan usually uses the rear wheels only. However the front hubs are automatic and the 2-speed transfer case is shifted with in a wink between 4H and 2H, and that at speed of 100km/hr.

The 4WD works fine off the roads and is as good as automatic super select switch system. The suspension is not the best possibility and may be exhausting for the long trips, this was improved only in the later versions that were introduced.
