The Honda civic was released in the North American market in 2011 and in Europe in 2012. It got modified almost every like in 2013, 2014 and a new model with many new features was released in 2015.
The 2015 Honda civic is a relaxed and poised ride. It offers good fuel economy with wide range of engine availability and capacious interior. But the coupe model has got very little space in the rear seats and the hybrids lack a bigger trunk.


AVAILABLE BODY STYLES AND SPECIAL FEATURES

The 2015 Honda civic is a compact car available in two body styles; coupe and sedan. The standard civic coupe and sedan are available in LX, midrange in EX and the best equipped ones are EX-L and EX-L Navi models. The sedan is available in SE, the fuel efficient one in HF, Hybrid and Natural Gas models.


The sporty Civic Si is offered in both coupe and sedan body styles. The base level LX models are offered with full power accessories, a tilt-and-telescoping steering wheel, 15-inch steel wheels air conditioning and a cruise control. There are numerous electronic features like Pandora radio functionality, an iPod/USB audio interface, an auxiliary audio jack, a 5-inch display screen, Bluetooth phone and audio connectivity, a rearview camera and a four- speaker sound system. The Civic SE sedan offers automatic climate control, 15-inch alloy wheels and an updated audio system with six speakers.

 

The EX sedan has keyless ignition and entry, rear disc brakes, automatic headlights, a sunroof, an HDMI interface and 16-inch alloy wheels while the EX coupes have an advanced seven-speaker sound system. The EX-L has heated front seats, 17-inch alloy wheels, leather upholstery, foglights, heated mirrors and automatic headlights. The sedan model of the EX-L adds an eight-way power driver seat. And the EX-L Navi has a navigation system along with HD and satellite radio. The Civic HF sedan has features similar to the LX sedan including a rear spoiler and aerodynamic cast aluminum wheels. The base model has the very similar features to that of the EX sedan. The Leather model includes most of the EX-L features.


The hybrids are offered with lane departure warning and forward collision warning systems. The Civic Natural Gas is offered in two models such as base and leather with Navi. The standard features of the base model include the features similar to LX and EX. The Leather with Navi model has many of the EX-L features along with a navigation system. For the driving enthusiasts, the Civic Si model has got fog lights, a rear spoiler, a sport-tuned suspension, a bigger engine and 18-inch alloy wheels. Interior features include many of the features of EX’s such as an aluminum shift knob, a leather-wrapped steering wheel and red backlit gauges.


SAFETY

The 2015 Honda Civic is fully loaded with the hi-tech safety features such as a rearview camera, side curtain airbags, front side airbags, antilock brakes and stability control.


It earned a top five-star rating overall while the coupe earned a four star rating.
