After the collaboration of Hino motors limited and Hino Motor Sales Limited, the hino Liesse was introduced in 1999. These buses strictly adhere to the standards of japans’ long term regulations and policies.


 
The hino Liesse is categorized as a minibus designed and produced by hino. It is usually available as a tourist coach or a city bus. It is available in N04C-TC engine type. It is available in both manual as well as automatic transmission. Hino Motors Corporation guarantees the safety precautions for the huge vehicle. Hino Liesse II

Hino Liesse II (famous as Joylong HKL6700 and Toyota coaster) also sold as the Toyota Coaster initiated its sale in 1996. These third generation coasters known as Hino Liesse II were built in china. These were available for sale in china with left hand drive and with right hand drive in Hong Kong.


It is categorized as a two door coaster with seating capacity leading up to 26 to 30 passengers at a time, available in both manual and automatic transmission. In 1997, “Coaster Hybrid EV" minibus was released and continued to be produced till 2007. For the Hong Kong market considering its environmental concerns were designed LPG Coaster that had liquefied petroleum gas as fuel.


It is widely preferred as means of public transport in Peru , panama, Bolivia, and sierra. The demand of the vehicle is not only in Japan, Australia and Hong Kong but also in the under developing countries such as Caribbean region, Africa and Middle East region. For Asian markets the steering wheel had to be fixed on the left of the vehicle.
