Nissan Used Cars From SBT Japan

Nissan motor Company Limited is a Japanese global automaker company with it's headquarter in Nishi-ku, Yokohama, Japan. It was a member of Nissan Group but lately became independent as of restructuring of the company. In 2011, Nissan stood as sixth largest automaker in the world after GM, VW, Toyota and Hyundai motor group.

In 1933, Yoshisuke Aikawa founded the company Jidosha-Seizo Kabushiki-Kaisha ( Translation in English: "Automobile Manufacturing Co. Ltd.") by taking all operations from Datsuns from the division, Tobata Castings Co., Ltd which was one of the division of Nippon Sangyo. Nissan name was derived as an abbreviation used in Tokyo Stock Exchange for Nippon Sangyo.

In 1935, Nissan produced its first small size Datsun car and in 1950, Nissan expanded into the international market when the management realized the potential of the world's largest car market, USA. Nissan formed Nissan Motor Corporation U.S.A and exhibit the units first time in 1959 in Los Angeles Auto Show. Nissan excelled in their sedans including the Datsun Fairlady, 411 series, Datsun 510 and Datsun 240Z. It made Nissan to stand as one of the largest exporters of automobiles. In early 1970's during the oil crisis, the company built new factories in Mexico, New Zealand, Australia, Taiwan and South Africa. Used Nissan Cars are not only durable; they are affordable, trendy and stylish cars.

In 1998, Nissan announced to sell one of its headquarters buildings as it entered into severe financial crisis. The company partnered with Ford from 1993 to 2002 to market their two identical trucks Mercury Villager and Nissan Quest. But in 2002, Mercury Villager was discontinued thus Nissan brought out with a newer and improved version of the Quest in 2004.

Nissan entered in the legal agreement with Austin in 1952 to assemble the famous Austins brand. In 1966, Nissan had a merger with the Prime Motor Company which brought a couple of up market cars including Nissan Skyline and Nissan Gloria into the selection.

In 1999, Nissan signed an alliance with the Renault known as Renault-Nissan Alliance which was the first alliance of a Japanese company with a French car manufacturing company. The same year, Mr. Carlos Ghosn was appointed as Chief Operating Officer of Nissan. Mr. Carlos Ghosn appeared to be the Hero for the company who prevented the bankruptcy of the company by his NRP (Nissan Revival Plan). This NRP is considered to be one of the spectacular corporate turnarounds in history for any company. The achievements of the new CEO in revitalizing Nissan were awarded with the Japan Medal Blue Ribbon by the Japanese government in 2004.
